  1. ELIGIBILITY. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Users who have purchased the FATE Undiscovered Realms game from one of the ways listed above can enter for a chance to win (See section 7 on alternate means of entry). The object of the contest is to play FATE Undiscovered Realms in Hardcore Mode and post a score on WildTangent's global leaderboards at: FATE Undiscovered Realms Leaderboard by September 10th, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. Entrants may play as many times as they desire, and submit as many high scores to the global leaderboards as they wish. Only the highest score for any player will be posted on the leaderboard. WildTangent will enter all participant WildTags into a drawing pool, and draw 25 WildTags randomly from such players. Entrants need not be present to win. All winners will receive a packet of collectible cards (equally valued). Any individual can only win one prize. Only one winner allowed per household. Only the player of the game is eligible to win a prize (see section 7 on alternate means of entry). Each user must be the rightful player (or have authorized use) of the e-mail address identified in the user's account. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account governing the e-mail address was opened. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of WildTangent. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail by approximately September 20th, 2008. Potential winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the e-mail notification within 72 hours of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, WildTangent may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries as noted herein. Each selected winner will also be sent an affidavit of eligibility/liability/publicity release (Release). Unless restricted by law, each selected winner will be required to complete and return the Release within the time period specified therein. The prize may be forfeited and, in such case, an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries as noted herein if a selected winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to obtain all signatures on the Release and to return the documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason.
  3. PRIZES. 25 randomly selected winners will receive one packet each of collectible FATE cards, designed specifically for this contest.
  4. ODDS. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entrants. Contest winners will be contacted via email. If no response is received by the winner within the time allotted, a second round of contest winners will be chosen. In the event that WildTangent does not receive acknowledgment of winnings from 2 rounds of attempts, then no additional contest winners will be selected.
